Our shipping cost is $9.99.

Shipping Policy

All our orders are shipped with Canada Post. In some exceptional situations, other carriers may also be used.

The delivery of your order shall be subject to the carrier’s rules.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice for you to pick up your package at the designated pick-up location.

Delivery Arrivals

Delivery arrivals depend on the chosen destination, plus a processing period of 1 to 3 business days. Please note that the confirmation email will be sent to you when we ship your package. The confirmation email will also include your tracking number with the carrier in order for you to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Returns

Items purchased online may be returned for either an exchange or full refund, minus any shipping charge. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Returned items will not be accepted by Black Skull Blades without a Return Authorization. Please send an email or call us with your concerns prior to returning your goods. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment only.

Shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, the only exception being if we sent you an incorrect item.
